We were introduced to this lovely red by our friendly and knowlegeable waiter at Bon Vivant in Franschoek. We asked for him to suggest a red for pairing with our dinner choices. What a happy surprise! After his detailed rundown on the vineyard and his mention of the Pinotage Blanc,weâ??ve decided on tasting vusit in the near future.
