For 10 years, owner Martin Fine has specialised in something special and different: educational wine tours for the discerning visitor. Each personalised tour begins where all fine-wine is born - in the vineyard, exploring the elements that constitute the particular estate's terroir, including soils, rootstocks, trellising methods and much more. Then it's off to the cellar, to discover the intricacies of destalking, crushing, fermenting, filtering and stabilising. Finally, it's time to taste: white, rosé, red, dry, sweet, sparkling.
