Writing, lecturing, broadcasting and making wine are some of Angela’s undertakings during her more than 30 years’ professional involvement with wine.

Even so, it is still just one interest in her life though closely allied to another, cooking.

When not tied to her laptop, Angela loves the outdoors: she grows vegetables, fruit and indigenous flowers in her and her husband’s garden, while her daily walks with Syrah, their black Labrador, keep them both fit.

Reading, cinema, theatre, music, rugby and cricket are other interests crammed into a busy life.
